Reliability of Pneumatic valvesPneumatic actuators have the advantages of simple structure, large output thrust, smooth and reliable movement, safety and explosion-proof, they are widely used in power plants, chemical industries, oil refineries and other production processes with high safety requirements. Main advantages of pneumatic actuators: 1. Accepts continuous gas signals and provides linear displacement output (can also accept continuous electrical signals after adding a power/gas conversion device). Some can provide angular displacement output after being equipped with rocker arm. 2. It has positive and negative functions. 3. Movement speed is high, but as the load increases, the speed will slow down. 4. Output force is related to working pressure. 5. High reliability, but the valve cannot be maintained after the air supply is cut off (maintainable after adding the holding valve). 6. It is inconvenient to perform segmentation control and program control. 7. Simple maintenance and repair and good adaptability to the environment. 8. The output power is large. |
